| true don, just read the label and this whats in it....... wheat,barley,white peas,maize,green peas,maple peas,beans and red dari. protien 9.7%, fibre 2.3%, oil 3.9%, and ash 1.8% i think its pretty decent......  |

| yes, certainly better than the crap ive been getting.....i know its quite a bit further to travel but if i get a few bags at a time its worth it.  |

| at the moment im giving them just slightly over an oz per bird.........dont know if its too much or not but dont want the hens especially getting fat/overweight,  |
