true don, just read the label and this whats in it.......


wheat,barley,white peas,maize,green peas,maple peas,beans and red dari.
protien 9.7%, fibre 2.3%, oil 3.9%, and ash 1.8%

i think its pretty decent...... Very Happy

at the moment im giving them just slightly over an oz per bird.........dont know if its too much or not but dont want the hens especially getting fat/overweight, scratch
