hi mate i use to live not far from you i came from Norwich before i moved here in barlby north yorkshire 5 years ago.i use to know jo king and co lol and a few other lads there in the mile cross club. nice to see someone from Norfolk on here

I know the Kings and a few members from Mile X club. I only moved up to Norfolk 5 years ago, I'm originally from Welwyn Garden City in Hertfordshire. Flew with the Hertford Pigeon club. My son Gooner who has just joined the site lives in Norwich, 10 doors down the road from John Lambert

He was, he died in 1983 aged 18 years. He was the best racer I ever owned in over 50 years of racing, winning over 50 cards. He even won 1st Club Berwick, 300 miles at 9 years of age. I wish I had a shed full of pigeons like him now.

CORRECTION ----- He died in 2003 aged 18 years NOT 1983 as stated... Sorry about that Very Happy
