Sir Rene Archer wins 1st & 2nd club.
Rene Archer wins 1st and 2nd from Messac 118 miles on the 02/06/12 with a 2year old Jan Aarden which was lightly raced as a yearling...... Rene also took 1st on the 19/05/12 from Carentan 62 miles with a Barker, his daughters were also 2nd in the same race where they were the only birds home on the day.....Well done to Rene and his daughters.

From Fed Topper to Master Chef
The N.E.H.U race from Melton Mowbray 21/4/2012 was won by Peel bros of South Shields, they took 1st club 1st fed, also taking 2nd and 4th club and 15 of the 25 birds clocked in the club......well done Peel brothers.

What's your best performer in your loft so far this year.
Mine is a Blue hen called Maxine.

10th Peterborough
8th Bubwith
8th Bubwith
3rd Berwick

Sounding really good Steve.

Our best resulting bird is a Yearling Cock we call George, we bred this bird ourselves last year:-

1st Club by 9 minutes
2nd Club beating the French National Champion by 18 metres per minute
2nd Club only beaten by a few metres per min.
7th Fed

Its nest mate has been a few seconds behind it in all of its races. So I am hoping for big things from this parents.

After 6 races I have 4 different winners and 1 who topped the fed so number 38 who s the fed topper. cheers
