| got a phone number of someone down there david, trouble is the guy cant catch bird again so just waiting, fair play to the lad who rung me tho I know there are fanciers who don't give a toss about trying to get birds home and this lad doesn't know a wing from a foot |

| Had a irish pigeon in the other day with a smashed breast bone. phoned the guy and he said can you chuck it up tomorrow as there flying from bude lol. I said it wont get home as its hurt. Just said do what you like with it then . So he is in the spare loft atm with 3 ihu strays 7 gb and 1 su lol that no one wants back its crazy and they all moan on facebook they never get reported then when they do they dont want them. |

| yes john, they either want you to dispose of it, or expect you to keep their crap !!!!
if its not worth sending for or collecting , it shouldn't be bred or raced............maybe this way there wouldn't be as many losses racing. |

| I know David i had all the storys its a winner on inland races, Bread from the queens birds. Bread from there best pair lol. Because all but 2 are irish birds. Am going to let them up all together and hopefully they get home |

| I agree with you David i just laugh sometimes. I all ways get my birds back but i must be soft. one i picked up from swansea last year then lost it the 1st old bird race lol. I do think the birds deserve a 2nd chance though |

| interesting replies lads, got sorted with a lad down there picking it up for me till I get courier, top man named dean rolfe, this hen was lost from the fourgeres race were visibility over channel was poor at very least and has crossed 150miles east of her normal cross point, she's nout special but makes it home when on level ground, but she's mine and so would try and get her home whatever

great to hear ...I just feed and water them now when they look fresh again they get tossed 10 mile away ...nobody wants them back lacking in responsibility so its the only thing to do nowadays atb |
