| Knackered. It has its advantages for the birds. Way to the left is Lake Erie. Land ends there South. Cliffs. Raptors nest there. The birds can see any raptors approaching from that direction. Why young bred early always have few weeks in the aviary, apart from the weather being bad, not being out, they get to know the signs of danger. They get to know the difference between a snowman and a snowoman type of thing. Snowballs. Same scenario.

| The sun makes a huge difference in mood have you ever lost pigeons to those huge windmills? I have a friend who use to have a job picking up the dead birds during migrations. Do the ybs learn about them pretty fast? |

| Rom. None to the Turbines. We have 10 on the property. They see them and either go over or around them. Old and young. Love to see them go over them. Young birds. Depends on the wind. Turbines turn and air gets pushed or sucks. Migratory birds killed are usually dusk or night flying. Have checked the base of the turbines quite often. Have yet to see a dead bird. |

That is pretty neat actually. My brother in west Texas was wondering how they fair also. Makes sense about the night fliers, |
