PostSubject: Renovations.   Wed Jan 24, 2018 11:43 pm

As mentioned in weather, too wet and windy to get a post cemented in for the TV dish. sO..THE 24 X 8 footer has a door on the South end. Years ago added another 8 feet on the original 8 x 8. Door between. Then added another 8 feet with a door on the front. So young birds first 8 feet. then 16 x 8 for 15 pairs yearlings. Do not want to go thru the YB section to the yealing section, come out and walk around to the next yearling section. So got my Skilsaw and cut a door in the wall. Now 16 by 8 for yearlings are adjoining. Saves steps.

that's the only thing about having more sections, you tend to fill them with more pigeons.......best off having one small loft, then you cant get more pigeons........ Razz Razz cheers

Last year for the loft. 15 of the 30 yearlings were only raced twice last year. So have to try them before culling them I am not smart enough to pick them out otherwise.
