rung my first yb the other day, I paired up a while ago but split them again as I thought it was too early, anyway I missed one egg under a pair which I didnt separate, I have a small loft with 3 pairs in and just left them together.......anyway an egg hatched so I let them rear it.

all others re paired now and most on eggs.

still un decided mark, looked at the cuprinol duck stuff colin/barnie told me abut, directions for use say you need to use a preservative first to stop rot, so it seems a lot of these fence paints don't actually stop rotting, they basically just colour the wood, and have a wax in it so the water runs off........but doesn't actually protect the wood from rotting.......most of these fence paints are the same, apart from the oil based ones such as creosote.

so more confused than ever now........ lol!
