Mine are
Keeping to many birds can't let them go
Giving them to many chances
Treating when I probably don't need to

Loving them all equal, the good the bad and the indifferent.

Guess it depends on what one hopes to accomplish. Wne money in a one lofter years ago. $1000. Same birds I have now. Never entered one of my own since. Won from a 100 to 600 miles. No need to prove the birds. Just to sort the best from the rest. Age coming in to play. Have to cut right down. Get the best ones then do the one lofters plus a few club races occasionally. I may screw up big time but not concerened about it. As most on here, been there done that.

everyone has said their too soft ,me included but is that not the reason we keep them because we love them get attached to them...have our favourites ,I don't think we would be in the game otherwise atb

Only 3....
1 Tinkering with a feed n water system, don't think Iv ever done the same things 2 weeks running
win or lose makes no difference.

2 Transport for training when and where I want (if i could id go nsew not corridor ).
I don't drive.

3 medication mainly canker treatments, treat or not treat during racing,I think they need it at least once
but i chop and change when as i always seem to get a performance breakdown the next race.

Il leave 4,5,6,7,8,9,10...........for another time study
