sent 19 to midweek club, dropped 10 Mad , 8members sent 163birds poor returns from what should have been simple 70mile toss, I had 7 come together in good time, ones that are missing are mostly related to ones that clocked, gutted to say least and people wonder why I hate y/b season Rolling Eyes

oldstrain

Have you tried varying the time you train your birds?

Possibly the later in the day the better a 20 mile should take no more than at the most 40 minutes to have all back, so in fact at this time of the year you could easily train the birds after 7 o'clock at night and they would have several hours to get back, the raptors may not be so keen at that time.

Sorry to hear of all the problems, they are sent to try us.

Regards.

Goes without saying I sympathise with your problems having suffered the same kind of problems myself, it was at times only the pigeons that kept me sane, having a period of depression, tablets made it worse, the only way was to fight it head on.

To see a healthy woman go from 9 stone down to 4 stone at the age of 49 takes some getting over, different people behave in different ways to cope and often have regrets , but we are all human and have different failings.

If I knew what I know now my life would have been completely different, but that's life.

Kind regards, keep smiling oldstrain, I believe relief is just around the corner for life in general.

thankyou misty...depression and anxiety are difficult foes especially when you know your up against something you cant beat and like you say the drugs make it worse prescribed or un prescribed,i too had a bad bout but came through the emotional mincer and then came my son who was a late bred lol! and gives me great strength now and I really do know just how lucky I am as with a few aches and pains I can still do a fair bit with him and for the wife ...all the very best to you misty
