Just read in the letter pages that a long term RSPB member has resigned due to the RSPB killing crows to stop them killing smaller birds.

DAILY MAIL, today.

He points out, but not plainly enough that the same people have introduced raptors on a grand scale that kill many small birds.

Now a crow may kill one or two small birds from a nest, a sparrow hawk depends entirely on killing small birds, namely 1,000 per year.

So this is an ideal opportunity for those interested in attempting to bring this matter to the forefront of the public to write to the paper and express their anger without mentioning our sport.

If opportunities like this are missed ??????.

Mine will be on it's way shortly.

Regards.

indeed its a good opportunity to stick the boot in as these cretins at the rspb will see our songbirds decimated along with the mauling and killing of our pet pigeons
