London Combine held over today, hopefully heldover tomorrow to, as Sunday looks better all the way down at the moment.

Good call by your officials boosey, been warm sunshine then suddenly hammering down with rain every 15 mins in North east never seen as many rainbows! Hope you get a good race when weather settles down.

Hard job Barnie making the call to go or not to go type of thing on average. My Fed & another local one shut up shop in total for the weekend here. One Fed went to the race point & then brought them all back because of the weather & 2 Feds went as normal & raced. So in the end dammed if you do & dammed if you don't type of thing at times for those who have to make the final decision as such I suggest .

Too true knackered, can never satisfy everyone . Largely thankless job in a sport where everyone sings off different sheets type of thing!

Yes yours went with ours Darren, it looks like with the east in the wind that they came down your side, our marking station is furthest east so our marking station wasn’t as quick as the others.
Im happy, Ive got 3 out of 5 so far.
2nd 6th 10th club
10th 16th 26th marking station
My first pigeon was a Christmas present from my Mum, purchased from Tumley stud as a squeaker for £40, she’s flown Thurso 510 miles 3 times now and been 6th 4th and now 2nd club, with a few other cards along the way.
I’ve got her paired to a cock bird out of one of yours.

well done steve great hen you have there ,I never sent steve Thurso and Lerwick are not for me I don't like widow cocks in a basket for 5 days ,hens a different story but well done steve I think you had a great race as I know you only fly a small team like me...1 guy in our club did send just 1 bird

How's the fishing going Boosey? any time to fit it in?

I am looking forward to a bit of fly fishing, only £2 a day, and you can catch trout and salmon, took licence so we can take the salmon this year but put many fish back.

Well done Boosey always will give credit to those left at the end etc. 3 times Thurso 510 miles & a xmas present. One very fortunate man you are I suggest to have such a grand pigeon in your loft by todays standards .

No time for fishing anymore Misty, I manage a kids footy team and with the pigeons too, I can’t fit any fishing in.

Far better employed with the Kids Boosey, not to mention the success of last year, wish more people were as interested, a few fish will also be happy not to have sore lips.
