She knows well how I can put my foot in my mouth like Trump at times & is most happy to meet you half way type of thing, to bring this to a final conclusion. She keeps her scare crow & fairy garden & you take the house brick by brick tile by tile & she has given you 120 days starting from now to do it etc       as that's how long it took us to built it & then move in as such & if not completed in that time by you     the Legal eagles will become part of the picture because you didn't hold up your part of the agreement      .

Always a catch Rog some where, when one deals with an old Aussie type etc Give with one hand take back with the other type of thing . Best we finish as friends as you would never have been allowed into my country, with our lock down laws at the moment with the corona virus issue to take your bricks & tiles so in some ways, you were completely & utterly stuffed     before you even started I feel . & take care.
