racing this week 4/5th july

where ya to lads we basket saturday for a sunday race and by gum it looks a tuff one again thats 3 on the bounce ...250 miles this week from hexham only sending 3 to the race ,we also have 2 bred here in a national race over the channel this weekend so good luck to them also good luck to all members racing this weekend

yeah crazy weather alright ,gonna be 30/40 mph winds on sunday ...giving a wsw/west wind ...80 mile jump this week they should be fit after 2 stiff headwinds last 2 weekends from 165 miles ...yeah be a testing race

our club racing has been put back 24 hours, basketing saturday for sunday race .....

yeah you got it oz will mean we will  miss next race to as basket thursday for that and too quick to turn our small team around for that best thing would have been a lib 50 miles closer to home would still have been a nice stiff race at 200 mile,  we go from a strong headwind race to a strong tailwind all done to appease another organisation in the amalgamation yet we are the longest flyers in the amalgamation 100 miles further to fly the other feds are in the midlands

East coast race today for sure. Likewise Feds and Clubs. Especially if the wind is as strong, and westerly (WSW) here.

i think a lot of appeasing other clubs or organisations goes on ....to suit whats best for them .

leeds and district amal birds up at 9.30 in a strong west , south west wind from chichester

the national flying club liberated at fougeres 8am we have 2 in the race that were bred here 1 is a full brother to your mnfc cock bird david ...both birds have "d" rings and are both yearlings ,i hope they do well for my freind,tough call for yearling cocks as they been in the basket since thursday with the older boys
