Organic raw buckwheat is not actually wheat at all. It can be enjoyed in place of other grains such rice, couscous or quinoa. It can also be used as porridge and topped with your favourite healthy toppings.
But is nearly twice the price of 'Whole Wheat, about £37 for 25K. Buck Wheat is
about £67 for 25K.
