| When you part off 2 babies out same nest they always seem to stick together in and around the loft, sit on same perch, or next perch along side, huddle on the floor together, on loft top together etc. for quite a while, usually until they get on the wing properly.
If you single rear a pair, whether you swap an egg or a newly hatched yb, even though they have never seen each other until you part them into YB end they still do this, stick together.
How do they know that's it's other sibling?? Always makes me wonder. But they know!! |

| yes most do know colin, i suppose its because they have been brought up together.......altho i have had some ybs who hate each other once they are weaned into the yb section |

| yes david when they've grown up in a bowl together; but they still usually do this when single reared, one in each nest even in different sections of loft, under foster parents having never seen each other until weaning stage. Try it and see, always amazes me. |
