Couldn't get a lib at Peterborough so brought nearer home end, Newark, east wind but bright enough. Funny race, big gaps and fancied pigeons late or still to come for some lofts, down the sheet a bit but took the pools so happy enough. 2 to come pigeons which haven't shown anything to be honest but time for them yet, light till after 10pm tonight.

Just cannot make heads nor tails of what  is going on with our feathered friends barnie, think something is amiss in the weather that is affecting them as well as possible raptors.

Keep on winning the pools I may want to borrow a few bob.

last cock dropped in, put in some flying: he's done in can't even tread his hen. One hen to come so done ok when looking around other reports.

well done colin, pools and all birds home is a good result, noticed the times ofour club birds, first three birds clocked after 4 and a half to 4 and three quarter hours flying, then fourth and fifth birds were over 6 hours ........

A mixed bag. Nothing to write home about. Supringly muggy though.

A wet night. Wind stronger today. Hardly any sunshine yet, just the splatter of rays getting through.

Just a plain grey sky all over. No gaps. Gool with a breeze. Joyce had the washing out before 7 this morning .... now has one eye on the weather lol.
