online showing

this winner was on a online show to me stance is very important yet this bird is not even standing my bird was 4th one comment was there is no rule a bird has to be standing shows how much he knows

healthy looking birds george, nice stance too ......never liked birds with long legs stood straight up, always preferred them crouched a bit with shorter legs (pigeons that is )

Tis a show, both could be world beaters but I would give neither a card if there were others in the show eqaul and properly presented.

The cheq has no full tail showing and the stance does nothing for it.

The other has dirty feet and rings.

i thought they were 2 blues and did not know my bird had dirty feet

Apologies forv the cheq instead of blue, did it from memory which aint too good of late,could remember it being dark colour and should have gone back and had another look..

In a show the feet should be bright and the  rings shining.

In ordinary circumstances they are not like that and nothing wrong as all pigeons legs get dust etc;; on them, but in shows a pigeon with dirty feet would not get a second glance.

Perhaps the best bet in not being able to handle the pigeons is to decide which you would like to take home, irrespective of anything else.

All the pigeons you have photographed appear in very good health and a type worth having.
