The entry fee is £125 per pigeon (£50 deposit plus £75 final payment) and this will enter the pigeon into all competitions. The prize pot is based on a full entry of 1500 pigeons. You may enter up to a maximum of 5 birds initially, on a ‘first come – first served’ basis until 31st January 2024, after which date any remaining available spaces will then be allocated or offered from those on the reserve list, on the basis of the date of receipt of the initial application. Whichever way you apply, the One Loft team will endeavour to send out confirmation of whether your application is successful or not within five working days, either via email or post, depending on the volume of applications. Please only contact us after five working days to check if you are successful, to allow us time to concentrate on processing the applications. |

Yes he is a decent chap on paper and is familiar with livestock having 40 horses in his care. Will be interesting to see how it pans out. Wish him well, although maybe a clash of horses or pigeons come first. Think part of the problem could be solved if money was not the main draw. Where vast amounts pro rata to that involved and you get problems. As far as I can make out there are no strict regulations nor rules applicable to these events which leaves everything to chance and abuse and there has never been a situation as such where it has not been abused. Best bet, give him a chance and see how it goes. I wish him well. Regards. |
