| Had some real laughs at some auctions.
Main one when it was obvious there were bidders planted to start the bidding and adept at when knowing when to opt out.
Can remember when a certain very good pigeon was said to be in a sale, the only reason some would be interested, it escaped from the pen when being handled by a prospective bidder ??????.
Been attempted to be taken for a ride myself, was bidding for a pigeon called The Stones Cock said to have bred many winners, I did not like how it was going up seemed a bit odd so asked who the previous bidder was no reply, so started again, I got it for far less than the previous bids.
Bad choice, always kept any new introductions isolated for a few weeks.
Found it had soft feather and got rid.
Regards.
