good morning all ybs look better

ybs looking fine george, nothing wrong with them ones ...... just cos they are small it doesnt mean they are no good

may have got there age wrong David

are they well covered under the wings ...?

hard to tell from the photo but tails don't look very long, maybe could have done with a few more days with the parents? I'm guess they are about 21-22 days, apologies if I'm wrong george, like I say can't tell so good from the photo.

i went by the feathers under the wing  Colin checking now not as much as first thought

i agree with colin george, if it was me it would be another 4 - 5 days, but then again im too soft with them and tend to leave them too long .

birds them selves look fine though george, nothing wrong wit them .....

they are eating and drinking David so will leave them now

thats the main thing, eating and drinking .....they wont go far wrong eh .

i have one other yb 12 days old from my own birds i can tell straight away it's going to be a better bird

hi george, just got back from training, first chuck of the year just at 4 miles. its sunny but only 5 degrees

all home then Colin do you enter the first race with old birds

when is your first race colin ...?

and how far ?

yes, first race 6 April about 85 miles I think. pushed for time but intend sending.

nowt wrong with that pair of ybs george they will be fine

moving on 4-5 more birds to make room

down to 20 birds now trying Darren's hen again first round eggs were blank have now got room for ybs from these hens

i wish i was down to 20 birds george, if i could half what i have i`d be happy ......

i need room David if i'm able to breed ybs from this pair
