i have a pair of squeekers that needed hand rearing.one of them is fine and chirping away for food.the other was very quiet and still took the food.this has been since friday and now the quiet one was vomiting its food back up.i have given it some adenosan but if its still vomiting then how can this stuff be treating them.it says to mix through the food with a little cod liver oil or lemon juice.i really dont have the time to be fussing about with birds individually, mostly sick youngsters dont make it anyway but this is the first time ive used this stuff.had it a couple of years and its 4 months out of date lol.

hi geordiejen, i thought mine had yb sickness the other week but it turned out they didnt...........they had a bacterial infection which made them sometimes be sick and were off their food, the birds were hunched slightly and seemed to be loosing a bit of weight.....the droppings went slightly loose but were not watery all over the floor.

i gave mine three tablets one per day for the infection and a probiotic for the bacteria in the crop/gut, maybe yours might not have the yb sickness and might be something similar to what mine had.......i dont think me letting the birds peck around in the garden did them much good.
