administration is in accordance with that marketing authorisation; or
b) is administered in accordance with Schedule 4 (administration of a veterinary medicinal product
outside the terms of a marketing authorisation) or Schedule 6 (exemption for small pet animals)
Part 4. Regulations 25,26 and 27 concerns unauthorised veterinary medicinal products and can be viewed at http: \v\\Av.op5i.gov.uk si si2Q09/uksi 20092297_en_l. These detail who may/may not import, be in possession of and supply an authorised veterinary medicinal product. AMP-5 is not authorised UK veterinary medicinal product and therefore the purchase of this product over the Internet is not permissible under the VMRs. It should be noted that anyone who does not meet the criteria set down in Regulations 25,26 and 27 is committing an offence by importing, being in possession of an supplying on. It follows, therefore, that it is not permissible for this product to be administered to Racing Pigeons.
