If you look in the weekly books you may see someone advertising to sell one of the systems |

| Sometimes crop up on eBay, if you are lucky to find an ETS system on there though be prepared for a bidding war. |

david it makes perfect sense and they are alot cheaper t3. But someone said in the club after i mentioned getting a none ets clock that i stood no chance as they all have ets. So my opinion was if i cant beat them john them. Still i am new and dont really understand how much time you save using ets. |

| well, the only thing i can say about the use of ets is that it wont make a bad bird good, but if yours and someone elses pigeon coma togeather and you are on a T3 and he is ets....he will win.
ive read where some fanciers complain they cant win against those who use ets, but they fail to mention they are 10 or 15 mins behind anyway....... |

Hi Woods, i have ETS and yes it is a great way to race your birds, but dont let them kid you......with having a disastrous young bird training in 2010 i lost a lot through 3 x hawk strikes and started the yb racing season with only 13 youngsters. so i decided not to bother with the ETS and just use a T3...........i still won 3 x races including topping the Wilshire fed (approx 60mile x 40mile radius) beating all the ETS users and also another member won 2 club races on a T3 ETS dont make the birds win races, if i was you, pick up a T3 from ebay or where ever, learn the game in your first couple of seasons, enjoy the buzz and then spend/invest the 500/600 on an ETS system. |

| like mark and don says , if you dont want to use ets the club cannot make you.........it states that in the rpra rules. also if you wanted to use it and the club says you cant, it also says they cant stop you........i asked about this tho` at my club and was told "ah yes, but no one will read it for you" good sportsmen eh.....? |

| the thing with this is if all your club are on ets , and you are the only one on a t3 the you alone will have to pay for the club goods needed to run your system ie , register, rubbers, printer , so could work out just as expensive |

| Your right David, but the first thing is to see how many are on ETS, which the secratary should be able to tell you |
