| hi everyone, can i at last introduce my self ,my name is george downey i live in stanton harcourt west oxford. i have now retired and hope to get some show pigeons later in the year. i had some 28 years ago but don,t think they were as big as they are now. my interests now are fly fishing and when living in oxford barbel fishing. ihave a few topics in mind the first is i think councils should be made to encourage people to keep birds or animals also doe,s anyone know if the same rules apply when the tenants become owners? |

| i dont think the same rules do apply george, with tenants they are told the loft should be a certain size and also as far as i know a council tenant is supposed to winter 25 birds, but dont quote me on it as this just what ive been told by another fancier. also i dont think owners need to keep to council rules in the same way as a tenant. |
