MORE DEVASTATING NEWS

Went to the loft just after 3 this afternoon and couldnt believe what I saw. Two dogs from the garden next door, in my loft where I had 8 hens. The 8 hens were getting prepared for open races. But the dogs had somehow got in and killed 6 of them. 2 of which were still partially alive which had to be killed. One of the youngbirds had even squeezed through the bobs just to get away. I couldnt believe it, absolutely devasted and Im still in shock.

What a sight. Who said it couldnt get any worse? Two of these hens were my favourite hens. They were so tame they were more like pets.

sorry to here this mate do ya know the owners of the hounds mate tell em you want compo for the loss of ya birds mate or your goin to take it further and get the f###in thing put down i know i would better still ild do it myself with my 12 bore mate

thanks rene but these people are the kind not to mess with , he said you should have hit them with a hammer but if we had i bet he would,nt have been happy, we just got them out as quick as possible ,we where in shock to be honest

i would of hit em with the hammer then buried the f###ers mate would of told him i saw em runnin down the road

sorry to hear this ray, seems like youve had nothing but bad luck and trouble for the last few months...................hope things turn around for you and things start to go well again for you, maybe a bit of payback to those dogs might be on the agenda at some point in the future when the arseholes who own them think youve forgotten about it.........maybe a nice piece of poisoned meat eh ?

yes you want to do ray, and while your at it give the owner one over the head too.......this is the only way these type of people understand,

to be honest lads this was worse than getting broken into, i,m not soft but i nearly did cry,it was unreal, especially seeing 2 of my old favorites lying there dead ant the other barely alive.HORRIBLE, cannot stop thinking about it

gutted for you ray mate, you must be devastated, I know its easy to say and no consolation, but I'm afraid the dogs wouldn't have got back out of my yard, really feel for you mate.

still cannot get the picture of that hen on my back out of my head, i kept her as a pet along with another one as they where so tame.that picture was taken a couple of hours before it happened

ray if its any consolation,after speaking to you on the phone you certainly dont deserve this run of bad luck and im sure your luck will change mate i had this happen with my fathers dog when i was 14 and its not nice.keep your chin up ray

I'm really sorry to read about this appalling incident - I can't begin to imagine how I might feel or react. I do hope that you can get your plans back on track and that you get the run of good fortune you richly deserve. It won't replace your hens but will, as you say, make you stronger

true steve, i think everyone who has read this about ray feels the same and are gutted for him after all the bad luck hes had lately.............

Will say the same really feel sorry for Ray, as he is a really top bloke when meeting him and his brother at blackpool this year
