| thanks ian, the basic building of the site is done so we can use it and with all the input and response weve had from our members it will get better...we havent as many members as we had on ebay yet but like we say about pigeons, quality is better than quantity...lol its our good members who will make the site a success.... |

| hi don, yes i started it up last year, but the only thing that was really wrong with it was that members didnt know when anyone else was on the site unlike this one where it tells you at the bottom. we have 107 members on there at the moment but a lot of them never come on so even though we only have 19 here at the moment we have good members who come on every night more or less and get involved with good help and info....when we started this one i sent out emails to all the members telling them but im not totally sure they got them so that could be why your friend hasnt joined yet....our members seem to like this site and are happy with it, like you told me about pigeons the other week don "quality rather than quantity"...lol youve just given me a thought there don...i might send another email to all the members... |

| It will not hurt a thing if you email people again mate was looking throught Ken's articles and to see your loft the one thong that i noticed was the lofts were of the floor but you did not have some kind of mesh around to stop the pigeons from walking under the loft and also to stop any cat from waiting for the pigeons to walk under and as you know cats are more flexible than pigeons this may be the reason for losing that nice young bird??
Just an thought mate |

| i know don you are right, ive often thought about that.....when i can im going to build a raised flagged platform along the front so it will have concrete blocks all along so they cant run out hopefully. when ive done that i want to paint it but it means scraping all the old flakey paint off first and that will be a pain...the loft looks a bit of a mess at the moment but it should be ok when its done......(hopefully) |

| Try the weekly books the homing world and the racing pigeon
In the racing pigeon every month they have a free advertisement service that may be a start |
