Yes seems to be the same story with onelofters, maybe its a fad which is passing and wont survive....I think the only one worth doing is the R.P.R.A Which seems really well organised.
The less birds home the less prize money thats paid out maybe.??

    14th September 9.35.

STINKER , still no birds home, the birds were liberated in good clear safe weather the winds were forecast for later from West to East gusting to 10/ 15 mph , so a good race should of been on the cards , we had forcasts from all corners of the line of flight and surronding areas all was good ,, we had people arriving saying good clear nice day ahead we had calls from all over saying clear skys etc , when the wind arrived we had gusts of 20/25 mph to cause concern later in the flight, we can go on and on about what was to happen and what did , but we liberated the birds in good weather with a tricky bit to get over in the middle of the flight but the worst bit was to come late afternoon when the birds should of been home or there abouts the wind came earlier and stayed longer than forecast, The race will still open for 7 days and we will then review the situation ! we will update a.s.a.p. on any reports . Terry

    15th September,

8 05 am no birds yet will update on any news,

    affraid affraid
