| myself and the my two young lads entered there first show today. out of a class of 27...my young lad won best jnr in show...so he was very pleased he got a nice little trophy,and a rossette...the youngest aged eight,didnt get a place,but he did win something at the raffle...so he was pleased with that  |

| yes...they are looking forward to the next show in 2wks..
i even got a pr of nuns today,so that made me very happy...lol

| thank you all..
the kids are still talking today about yesterdays show,my youngest lad is really taken with the pigeons.at the minute he has some fantails,and can handle them very well for being so young.the older lad i have talked out of norwich croppers
(thank goddness..lol) but he saw some west of englands yesterday,the guy that owned them does very well with them,won quite few best in shows,so he is going to sort him out 2 prs.
dont think i will be at either of those 2 shows this time round steve,but maybe in a yr or 2 time...once i can start to breed my own birds,i would certainly look to showing further afield than here,providing i bred something decent...lol
will try and get a few photos over next day or so george..(hope you wife is keeping well) |

do every year david without fail.
my mom gave me my grandads war medals and swagger stick three weeks ago, from when he was in the royal marines .
i mounted them in a frame with a photo he sent back to my nan when he was in burma, well proad of him.

The N.E.H.U race from Melton Mowbray 21/4/2012 was won by Peel bros of South Shields, they took 1st club 1st fed, also taking 2nd and 4th club and 15 of the 25 birds clocked in the club......well done Peel brothers.
