| heard geoff kirkland on about this once if i remember right he said he likes a quite throat i dont know much about the throat but do like to see it nice and pink and clear of mucus |

| well from what i understood its the upper section of the beak and towards the back there is a thin line going towards the curtains and its said that if the line is straight and very narrow like a pencil line then they would breed from it but if the line is bent or to wide they dont .....on viewing the throat its easy to see what their on about but they did say its no good viewing it whilst the birds are in the moult they being tasker and kirkland |

| Never heard much on this theory i was reading this week about pigeons having a blue tongue and this was consider as normal |

Hi Darren if you can obtain one of the dvd's which Jim Jenner did on one of them which i borrowed of a freind if shows you Paul Haulterman talking about this
Also when Frank and Geoff were on "The Best of British" in the early 80's Frank talks about the throat with old Alf Beadsmore |

| If you can obtain the first video of Frank and Geoff "The Best of British" then you can compare it Frank is saying the same thing them as he is in the jim Jenner dvd ?????
