E-Mails--to me are just junk

Guess I need Step by Step instructions about how to stop these E-mails from the site.--I've clicked all the "NO" --did not stop them.

hi don , you need to install a anti virus internet security system it stops
all that sort of stuff don,t cost that much and easy to install even a retard like me can do it .

Go to your profile then preferences and there is a yes no list. Anything that says send email click no, then save at the bottom.

yes you are right chad, its no good ticking the boxes only.....you must then click SAVE

just checked dons profile and he has marked them all no, so shouldnt have any more problems...........

lots of places in the UK have to ration water often

We live on an Island mate, were surrounded by the stuff. But we still have hosepipe ban every year.
