| hi steve, when i give honey and cider vinegar mixed i do the dosage as one teaspoon of each to one litre of water.........i first add some warm water into a pirex jug, not boiling but enough to disolve the honey, i then add one teaspoon per litre of water of honey and stir it round to dissolve it, i then add one teaspoon of cider vinegar per litre of water and mix it all togeather and leave it for maybe half an hour until im ready to give the birds there fresh water.........during the racing season i give my ybs this mix two or three times a week, with vitamins etc on other days.........but fresh water on basketting day.
ive never used marmite or elderberries so i cant coment on them. |

| Steve i would say one of the best things to give your birds is the Honey mate
I used Honey and Lemon Juice as there first drink after the race and this helps to replace lost sugar its a bit like using electrolites mate just helps recover better |

| We used it a lot, when we first got YB sickness. It certainly worked for us. But it's a good tonic. |
