just saying hello

just joined site, although not racing now i just got a couple pair pets again after 10 yrs out of pigeons.
Had them for @30 yrs plenty lean years and eventually done ok (@12 1sts a season for the last 4 full seasons I raced) but just took over mine and the family's lives so had to draw the line.
Anyway like I say getting a bit interest back but can't see me racing but good luck to those of you that do.

first year having a go again for me (always kept the birds though) agree about the time thing i find it difficult with a balance and suspect one day i will have to do the same as you.

do always say now i am only one disaster toss or race from packing in as spent that much on the stock and race team couldnt justify doing it again.

delbar did you start slowly or did you send them all this way if bad race or training you will lose them all ,PS Geoff Kirkland told me never to let stock birds our ,they will get killed ? or you will lose them all*******
