| Not sugar mate you can give honey if you want personally i would give glucose or electrolite's honey is good though |

| i do 1 teaspoon of honey per litre of water, desolve it in warm water but not boiling water....... |

| honey is good or glucose not much difference another new one being touted is coconut water ...but i prefer to use manuka honey 1 tea spoon per two litres of water as its extremely sweet lol |
