The N.E.H.U race from Melton Mowbray 21/4/2012 was won by Peel bros of South Shields, they took 1st club 1st fed, also taking 2nd and 4th club and 15 of the 25 birds clocked in the club......well done Peel brothers.

i have cuttle fish tied up in all sections, it is easaly available at all times for the birds to peck at, 1, gives them somthing to do, 2, most importantly stops the hens from laying blemished eggs, evan more so soft shelled eggs, it is pure calcium. Basketball Basketball

I think that's would work no problem.
the birds will just peck at the soft part of the cuttle bone.
just like the canaries would do.

Its great stuff for the pigeons ;but if you pick it up on the beach ;wash it in fresh water & place in the sun for a few day's before giving to the birds ; cheers
