| I always thought that wheel chair access to public places was compulsory, and any architect or local planning officer should have questioned this and sorted it out long before any building had taken place, so I think they have actually broken the law? |

I agree martyn, building something on this scale wasn't just thought up over night, and built the next day......... plans and applications need to be looked at and approved by the "powers that be" this is yet another cock up by another bunch of incompitant fools........ |
