| Try tetracycline. Should help. If not leave as is. The amount of birds with paratyphoid is huge. Quite often carriers cannot be detected. Of course infertile eggs has a zillion causes. If your young birds were sick last year then dump the lot and start again. However, if they are looking good now they have some built up immunity or tolerance. If so stick with them. |

I breed off theses birds last year with out any bad eggs. and what would you look for in paratyphoid. droopy wings caused by swelling wing joints , loss of appetite and weight therefore causing loss of vitality, believe it can be caught in basket but most likely brought in, someone may have passed it to you within introduced birds no swelling wing joints and no loss off appetite . in any section. ive 40 birds in race team and all coming well for there 3, 30 mile tosses so far. young birds look well healthy,. but I have noticed there eating more. |

| As I know nothing just going to give food for thought with the egg situation what about if the hen has a very low calcium level and can not provide the required levels of vitamins |
