was gona take them 12 miles today, but decided not to......they are exercising for between 1 and a half hours and 1 and three quarter hours, so no point risking them hitting wires or hawks attacking them.......I think its Peterborough approx. 90 miles for mine this week, and will hopefully be sending 15 birds.......   

exactly david if they doing that around the loft no need to train and put um at risk atb for the weekend

not to good this morning david 12 miles they went today and took 1 hr 50 mins libbed at 9am and I have 2 away ....strange as they all came together ,maybe they are just having a look about but on release they went west instead of north   all look healthy and all were checked over on basketing so don't think its a health issue ,ah well what will be will be but I will rest them this afternoon and toss tomorrow morning all being well ....  

maybe just gone off for a look around Darren, I only ever trained up to 12 miles before racing started, and I let them have exercise before i took them training........I think this helped them come straight home.

hope they all get back safely.....

they have been running, thats not what you want, train them when its feed time, they will come home faster and also learn to trapp  

thanks for yer input edgie   wish I had that luxury but the wife drives not me and due to her illness and taking a lot of meds I have to go training when she feels up to it so your suggestion can prove difficult at times but soon they will be trained in someone elses hands   once I get them past this stage ..when they do get back they trap very well all in after seconds atb
