| Used cytagon b12 from chemist but stopped when I found out it doesnt stay in the pigeons system any length of time. |

| it seems their are many B-vitamins in oranges but not B12 however oranges are a good source of folic acid which is needed for good absorption of B12

yeah it soon leaves the system their are traces of b12 in some grains but when the birds are working hard is it enough ? |

| fish,meat,cheese and eggs are the best sources especially shell fish I think the best way to get it into our birds is through a fortified tonic it seems giving b9 or folic acid helps its absorption |
