O/S Smile Smile when I was a lot younger & keener  Rolling Eyes  Rolling Eyes I used to make up a porridge of oatmeal & linseed etc for the stock birds when breeding here. Bred cracking youngsters though they always looked a wee bit on the messy side of things & the funny thing was I bred an extroidinary amount of 11 flighters there during this period. These days being somewhat on the lazy side of thing I just use peeled oats (Though exspensive) in all my mixes here when I make them all up now. cheers
