A morning visit to Ricks loft.

A cold and wet morning, a 40 minute drive along the M62, I arrive to meet up with one of our members Rick. He does make a great cup of tea, like he promised. Well the thing i loved about this morning visit, was it is a true partnership, in which i found out after the first 15 minutes. The loft Environment is so calm, i now know why his birds are racing back in great racing form. This travels from one section to another, and the young birds section again very calm. There is a lot of quality in this small set up, and it was shown in a great first season for rick last year, But i can tell you after talking to him this morning, 2nd and 3rds are no good to this lad. He wants the big ones, and he aims to get them. There is no messing with this guy, you can see the passion, and most of all the motivation his birds get from this true partnership, that is going places. And i think it will be at the top of our sport, More Combines, feds, nats, will all be part of this loft in the near future, Thank you Rick for a great morning.

glad to hear you enjoyed the visit dev, yes ricks a keen fancier who is very dedicated with no cutting corners.......hes already achieved more than some of us will in his first season, im sure he will go from strength to strength.......

I'm also glad Devo     had a great day etc I suspect he come home a wee bit more the wiser & gained some good info in relation to getting back into the game . Now !!!. George, by my standards that isn't a tree in question,, it's a bush .
