The N.E.H.U race from Melton Mowbray 21/4/2012 was won by Peel bros of South Shields, they took 1st club 1st fed, also taking 2nd and 4th club and 15 of the 25 birds clocked in the club......well done Peel brothers.

mark i take ours off on the longest day i have taken them off earlier because they had moulted but they went soft the last 2 races best of luck

when I did darkness I would take them off around 10 weeks from start of darkening which would be when clocks changed back in march it should take about 9 weeks for moult of ybs end of first week in june was the usual time but a lot do as shippy and wait til longest day around last week of june atb

yes the longest day when I did darkness.....altho I put them on later than most pigeon men but it made no difference, they didn't start moulting so badly that they couldn't go to the last yb race.
