any members racing today, if so where from and how many did they send......

we raced from Portland and sent 4 hens all 4 home

that's good Darren, good returns and all home.....what sort of race was it ?

two local lofts 2/6 1/5 ...5 mins behind one of them and 10 mins in front of the other this was just a prep race for a future channel race messac or saintes probably saintes they gonna be paired up now

ah right Darren, sounds like they are coming as planned then......you got good returns anyway which is the most important thing eh.

Essex central Fed were at Wetherby, but they brought them back to Newark overnight then brought them closer again this morning to Peterborough 75 miles, it's been raining solid here in essex since they let go, I had 1 at 2 hours 4mins and one at 2 hours 5mins still no let up on the rain and its getting heavier, still waiting on 3.

I heard a London fed let go at wetherby yesterday, does anyone know how they got on because on the weather forecast it showed storms all the way down, and our conveyer said they drove through heavy rain when they were bringing ours back.

Sort of My old Fed     had there first race yesterday etc & the little fat bloke     toss partner in crime won it     "2550 birds", which was good as he is one of the workers as such. Now the next bit of information is for those that complain     about over fly in the 4/5 mile area as such    . Short to long on the day in the race was 80 odd miles .

that's a fair bit of over fly knackered.....emagine that distance being here in the uk, there would be rucksions every week....glad ours is only a 1 mile radius ...

I have 40 miles overfly on the club. Fed is about 200 miles end to end. 50 wide.

our north road club stretches from Gloucester to bridgewater and Bristol over to Wiltshire some only fly 30 miles first race

Much the same here Hal when we get up the track a bit & combine with other Federations to cut down on the cost factor. We come in at 100 x 130 miles odd & a differant type of beast is required compared to the normal racing type I've found.
