What a bloody farce Mark! - how can anyone hope to keep pigeons at their peak performance when they treat them like this.

You have my sympathies if you are getting a bit hot under the collar or despondent.

Cannot remember last time there was a holdover around here. If they can see the sun let em go. Last weekend hot and humid. In the 90.F range and strong winds. Hottest days so far this year. Week before howling winds also, headwinds, showers etc,. If a person does not want his birds up, dont send. Weather forecasts are available to anyone.

I agree Hal Smile Smile "dont send" sadly thou, for the most part we live in a world now of blame, blame blame type of thing unfortunately & many are not prepared to take responsibility for ones own actions across most things in life etc & at the end of the day Wink Wink not many would be prepared to put their hand up & become the man in charge of making the final decisions in relation to releasing the birds on race day, like I have in the past Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes & let me tell you lol! lol! lol! it's one crap job Wink Wink. cheers

The love trick Ray Smile Smile comes in many shades for us pigeon flyers etc & at the end of the day if most didn't have it bounce bounce the sport in general would be well & truly up the creek as such I suspect Wink Wink. cheers
