which members are racing this weekend coming, where from and how many they sending...?

1st youngbird race from bubwith 81 miles sending about 40 just hoping they all return

hope so ian, good luck to you...

we are at stratford on avon 62 miles sunday liberation

We are at bovingdon 115 to me

For your eyes only David . Just read our lib report from our race today at around 230 odd miles etc. Birds flew backwards & forewards over the lib site for 30 odd minutes before leaving. 3000 plus birds some what confused I suspect  & didn't quite like what they saw in the distance as such .

Just a follow up      blokes are jumping off cliffs every where today here with the way our race turned out sadly. One of the chook farmers won it & if he had 25/30% home of his birds sent (100) he would be laughing etc. Being the type of person that I'm also his close neighbour, our beloved Dr Spock     has blood flowing down his drive way unfortunately as he went that bad & that's with the odd 100 in the race.

Our lot from Swindon were up at 7-15am , got 1 in the clock at 9-26am, big cheq w/f cock that turned up the day after in last weeks race,huh, go figure

Strange, weird weekend O/S my old mate Mr Fixit etc "A gun"     said he has never seen a release like yesterday in his 30 odd years & I have had more pigeons come home today here Sunday in the afternoon than I had on the day yesterday      . Thinking on the positive side thou    9 less perches to clean now & I save a tin of food a day as such    .
