I prefer a race that makes the bird think for itself.

Something over 350 miles and as Darren said - NOT an easy/blow-home race.

It takes time to build a family, that has in it a few birds that are capable of flying 500 miles plus, but this is that I would like to achieve.

Came back and ask me again in 4 years time.

Phil

Sprint for us like the racing to be done in a reasonable time.

We've got birds here that go from sprint to distance, but it'll be 2/3 years before we find out which are best, so well enjoy all racing till then

1st 13 are day birds.  Tony Alves 4th flies Ganus pigeons.
Lots of Dutch birds from Eijerkamp and others from Europe did not make it.
