I have the very same picture in my 'Pigeon' folder in my laptop Chris.

I saw it too late last year to put it into practice - but this year I am looking at every babies bum when I ring them and writing down what I think using this method.

I will let you know later in the year how it turns out.

I know Hal is a big believer in the 'cotton and pin' method or 'string and nail' method, but it seems like too much fuss to me.

After all - "What will be, will be"!

Same, same. Why worry etc & one usually knows by the time you put them across to the race loft as such. On the other Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Laughing Laughing Laughing. Could work thou if your a chicken for the table/laying, where they kill the cocks at birth. Strange it is Wink Wink that I've never seen the do goodder types Smile Smile jumping up & down about that practise. Cheers.
