sure he is david and looks like the proposed ring levy for non rpra rings will be dropped ...vice presidents proposal even though his own region instructed he go against his own idea he still tried to push it through ,same old same old unless the committee has a new bench the new gm will have his hands tied the draconian brigade will get their way and carry on bringing the rpra down ...they just don't seem to grasp how many members are left as oppose to the 70,80's ...the rpra has more staff now than they did then and wont be long before their is more staff than pigeon fanciers they had a independent review of the running of the reddings not sure its been published yet ,the gravy train has to stop along with the blackpool jolly for all and sundry
