Why do every body clean

ive heard of using salt and vinegar but thought it was to stop the birds drinking it.

dont know geordiejen, this is the first time ive heard of it when kev told us.........ive since read the same thing in a pigeon mag and according to kev and the article it gives them lovely silky soft feathers and tightens them up..........plus keeps fleas/ticks at bay. ill add it to the water on sunday when they get a bath.

My dad used salt in the bath a few times but not eveytime they bathed never know the reason for this

just realised, salt and vinegar......? bet the birds think we are going to eat them........... think im getting mixed up with fish and chips.
