Pigeon Clubs around Tewkesbury

We are thinking of buying a house in the Tewkesbury area and I wondered if anyone knows of clubs that would be in that catchment area.

Also - does anyone know if the Midlands National Flying Club take members from the Tewkesbury area?

i think you could fly in the sw England combine in that area phil through one of their feds not sure which one and I would think mnfc covers that area surely bicc to

He lives between Tewkesbury and Ledbury at a place called Birtsmorton

Well I rang the RPRA and spoke to someone I know there. She gave me Jeremy's mobile phone number, but it cost a fortune to ring mobiles from here, so I left it for now.

However, I did manage to get a whole list of clubs in the area, with all the secretaries contact details on. So if we like the place in Tewkesbury, I will follow it up.

BUT - we have now seen a couple of other properties that we like better.

are you looking at Gloucestershire in general guys I need to know as want to make plans for 12 foot electric fence seriously though I hope you find what yer looking for atb with the househunting

Is the lecky fence to keep us out or to stop Alfie coming to look at some Quality racing pigeons?

We are looking at any area from Worcester to Weston-s-mare and from The Forest of Dean to Malmesbury.

It MUST have a garden at least 15 metres long by 7 metres wide - 2 or 3 bedrooms, Detached or Semi detached, (or end of terrace at a pinch), up stairs loo (but not necessarily bath up stairs, down stairs bathroom would be OK) - We will be Cash buyers and would prefer NO chain property. And up to £180,000 or less.

If you hear of anything that would suit, please contact us.

One hopes you find some thing to suit etc Phil . My only advise would be Don't buy on the side of a mountain etc like a certain fool I know did .

Had me thinking there for a moment David "one hopes" . Just keep this to yourself here but being an ex plumber etc sh*te is more my forte & by what my missus keeps telling me here  posh, sadly would be a foreign langauge for me by her standards.
