Why would you prefer red cell to Hormoform or All in One or Vanrobaeys Super Grit Mix? It looks like this red cell costs a fortune when the others I have mentioned are quite cheap. I have just bought the Vanrobaeys Super Grit mix and our birds love it. As for my health Darren, I have had three absolutely terrible days and nights with fever and hallucinations at night, I have vomited a few times but, without being able to eat, nothing comes up which, in my experience, is the worst kind of vomiting you can have. Here's trusting that I will be a lot better in the next few days. There is so much to do, but I can't possibly do it feeling like this. Phil |

Phil hormoform I have never liked I don't trust it to have been stored correctly before purchase so don't bother with it ,in those foil bags...can you imagine if kept at the wrong temperature given the consistency of the product (very moist due to oil content) and it does not contain half of what red cell does...all in one, what a rip off this has become was great when it first came out but now the quality has diminished as I mentioned to them on their stall at Doncaster when they were trying to plug it ...I like the look of the vanroabeys but cant be sourced local so could you let me know where you got yours please, sorry to hear your still unwell the fever is the worst aspect of it ,feeling delirious is not a nice feeling and no doubt the absolute fatigue is giving you minor hallucinations ,or has hil been brewing up the mushrooms seriously though I do hope you start to feel much better soon atb phil say hi to hil |
